Description : Supplier Helpdesk Agent. Company : SoluGrowth (Pty) Ltd.. Location : Pretoria, Gauteng
- Daily monitoring of open & pending & critical workorders in Remedy as per SLA
- Completing due diligence an all supplier request received prior to creation/updates made
- Must communicate & follow up effectively with various stakeholders on a timely basis
- Provide clear, easy to understand written communication with relevant information to internal/external clients
- Continuous review of knowledge sharing to ensure changes are communicated to supervisors & team timeously
- Identify own knowledge gaps & training needs and arrange time with Supervisors to upskill; critically review the process and suggest areas of improvement
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Supplier Maintenance team
- Participate in team planning meetings and brainstorm sessions
- Pro-active & efficient communication with supervisory/management team of progress, challenges etc.
- Time management complete timesheet daily and to voice any challenges on why working hours could not be met for a specific day
- Ensure that you meet internal and client Key Performance Criteria (KPCs)
- Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain / IT
- Good written and verbal communication abilities (English)
- Basic Procurement understanding
- Strong attention to detail, goal oriented
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving orientation, highly organized and ability to adapt to change
- Ability to acknowledge when error was made and learn from it in a team environment
- Computer skills: Oracle experience would be a plus, Basic MS Office (Excel skills) required
